THERAPY SERVICES
Couple & Relationship Therapy
Our world is made up of relationships. Be that relationships with intimate partners, parents, friends, plants, animals, and social-political systems, they are complex and ever-changing. Through this systemic approach, I have found a special home and passion in working with couples/relationships in which one or more clients has a history of complex trauma. I specialize in helping such couples and relationships learn new patterns of relating to one another through assisting clients in establishing a newfound sense of safety, security, and trust. In addition to this specialty area, I work with a wide variety of issues couples and relational systems face, such as couples transitioning into parenthood, polyamorous systems, sex therapy, adult-child and parent relationships, sibling dynamics, and more.
I specialize in couples with complex trauma, couples with a history childhood trauma/PTSD, queer couples and relationships, couples entering parenthood/prenatal/postpartum, sex therapy and issues with intimacy, challenges between adults and their parents, and couples looking to improve communication patterns to deepen their connection.
Each client begins their journey with a Free 30 minute consultation
I work with individuals looking to build a greater sense of safety and security within themselves and with others. Specializing in areas of complex trauma, anxiety, life transitions, chronic pain/illness, and other forms of disenfranchised grief, I support clients in discovering the parts of themselves that have been waiting to be seen and heard. Through a compassionate and collaborative presence, you can expect our work to be creative and deepening of the ways you understand all parts of yourself. I believe that through building safety for exploration within the therapeutic container, clients gain access to tools that guide them toward a greater sense of self and therefore, connection.
